Shame on you CJ for trying to change the target. Remember I started this thread. This is about voter fraud and specifically voter fraud in Ohio. Until now no one said anything about the electoral college. No one said the presidential election was changed by voter fraud either. Our legal system requires that someone show harm before they have standing in the court for a civil suit. If you win an election then you have no harm. Stupid argument you made. Fraud is fraud. It doesn't matter whether you win or lose or are a republican or democrat. Many on this thread have admitted that fraud exists but want to argue on whether it altered an election or it happened in small numbers. Neither argument excuses the crime. Fraud is a criminal act and should be treated severely. I don't see how anyone can disagree with that. Originally Posted by JD Barleycorn

What we disagree with is the cure, like I asked your butt brother, Would you kill a fly with a grenade?

Depends... on the size of the fly and how annoying it is.

WPF is being stupid again. Try to do business at a bank without an ID. Same thing applies to voting. We just want to make sure the person is eligible to do business (or vote). I'd like to see an example of someone who is an eligible voter who doesn't already have a photo ID. If they exist, these liberal "do gooders", who always complain that Libertarians won't ever lift a finger to help someone, should help them get one. Liberals always want somebody else to do what they refuse to do on their own.

Your solution crates more problems than it solves.

Maybe we should just implant a chip in every Amercian so the government can keep track of who voted, would you be happy with that solution?

Remember checks? Was there "massive" evidence of check fraud? Not really but we sure had some rules and safeguards just in case.

Do any of you think the GOP wants to 'fix' voter fraud by not letting voters in FL vote on Sunday? Or was that a voter supression tactic? Maybe we can have another Civil War over this and we can go the route of Iraq.

So you want a "civil war" to fix voter fraud? Talk about the fix being worse than the problem.

Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White (R) guilty on six felony counts of voter fraud, theft, and perjury.

hey Charlie, lets see your ID card.
You are missing the point as usual.

Banks get robbed, you don't see the fucking banks with metal detectors or asking you to see your ID before walking in the door. No, what I see is a big bulletproof glass wall separating me from the tellers INSIDE the bank. And an armed guard. That's far better than a metal detector. That is because it would be like voter suppression , only customer suppression. No, it wouldn't. What on earth are you talking about?

My guess is you were.

I notice you said nothing about the very evident voter supression act of closing the polls on the Sunday before the election in Fl. Is that because you are for more voter supression and this ID crap is the only way the GOP will have any chance in a national election?

Suppression is suppresion when it affects one group more than another. Closing the polls on a certain day affects everyone equally and is not suppression.

Your ability to detect and identify sarcasm is selective. I give you what you give me. Can't handle it?
