Providers returning PM's and Text!

I'm here in Houston doing some... Whale Watching. I thought I would do a test. I picked THREE providers.

Texas Chrissy

Within one hour I had a PM response and spoke to two of them. All appointments were set. I only got one text message... "Can I call you?" I had already sent P411 requests right after I sent PM.

Interesting.... very interesting....

I am definitely a provider that needs to work on this, but I think that you sure are assuming a lot about people you know nothing about.

I don't see texts for up to 5 hours, and by that point I'm not sure if a really late "no I'm not available" is better or worse than no reply at all.
