PA Credits

Hey , is there anyway we can bestow some of our PA credits to a friend ?
I have a ridiculous amount , til spring of 2017 .

You know my luck with asking clear questions and getting answers, so this makes it even harder.... speaking of harder, I need to go pop in a little while.

Never had this question raised before. Do not remember seeing anything on this. Instinct leads to credits being personal and non-transferrable. Will check it out, but strongly doubt PA credits can be assigned...
