You may really need to enroll some english comprehension courses, because once again you totally missed it. First of all, I'm not a provider. I happen to be an AA male myself. I have seen some ladies come through West Texas and other areas that advertised on backpage with a NBA policy and those same ladies didn't have a NBA policy on ECCIE or P411.
