Short Notice or scheduled appointments in need of everyones feedback!!!

I now understand screening has to be done on someone you have not seen but can anyone tell me how long the average screening takes. Also does all the ladies reply back quickly like you would to a screening request? Originally Posted by Austins1hobby

There are several high profile, popular Providers on this site, that have a no reference policy. Often the Hobbiest has no idea, until they want that reference to book with another Provider.

Most Ladies will return a reference request the same day. Then there are those who cock block and don't return a request for a solid week if at all. Finally, a handful of Ladies, like myself, who will return a request often within an hour of receiving a reference request. We run our business like professionals, and have a great working relationship with each other.

So, again, to eliminate the endless waiting for screening, have solid references, you know will vouch for you in a timely manor.

This kinda goes back to instant explosion. I maybe over stepping my bounds and I may take a lot of heat for saying this but I believe providers should look at reviews or at least what they can see just to see first if they offer what the hobbyist likes and secondly to see what they maybe used to spending. And then maybe make your reference call, pm, or text off that information.

I absolutely hate telling one provider to call so and so for a reference. To me that makes the mood go away and becomes a strictly business type environment and me personally although I know it has a business transaction it does not have to feel like one. but thanks for the insight I would like to know more if anyone else would like to add anything.

Is researching my reviews/posts/and profile not enough?

That's a very interesting point of view coming from a Hobbiest who has a recent review titled, "Nice Customer Service", and a year ago "Unprofessional". I absolutely take reviews written under consideration, as most of the Ladies do. But it's often only one component in the screening process. Especially if they are written about Ladies I know well. The issue I have with a screening process based on reviews alone is;

1. I don't have access to ROS. So I only have access to the minimal facts about a session.
2. A review is written about your expierence, from your point of view, as it should be. It doesn't take into account the Providers expierence with you. Were you on time, were there any issues with hygiene, donation, would you be welcome back for an additional appointment.

When someone is about to leave my sessions, I always thank them for scheduling with me, let them know to expect my reservation link, and that I would be pleased to provide a reference for them. I know not all Ladies do this, and it may be one of the differences between a FBSM and a Full Service session, but it's worked for me, and so far for my clients. It doesn't take anything away from our time together.

We do! I can't speak for everyone, but current reviews are important. There are also many, many Hobbiest who are lurkers. They see Providers frequently, but just never write about their experiences, so that information would not be available for screening , unless provided by the Hobbiest.

Honestly, the only way around this issue I would think, is a P411 account. We can leave our thumbs up, and no other Provider needs to know that you've scheduled with someone else. It might also negate the feeling you might have of a session feeling like a business transaction. This is really a great topic!
Again, I can only speak for myself, screening does take your reviews, posts, and profile into account. We do not have access to ROS, only the very basics of a review, which again, is written from only your point of view, as they should be. There is no place for a Provider to have input on your timeliness, hygiene, if you were a gentleman BCD, and if she would see you again.

I can't tell you how many times I have checked references, only to find out that someone with 30+ reviews has not conducted himself in a respectful manor, or there's an outstanding issue with a donation, or he's constantly 35 minutes late, or NCNS weekly, or he wrote a positive review, but frightened the crap out of the Provider.

Just be sure to be on the same page when the session is over. I feel terrible when a Hobbiest is blindsided. It's not productive for anyone. To be honest, it can fail, no system is absolute, but I will bend over backwards to screen someone, and to ensure my client and my own safety.

I know I contact Vicki and Mia on a regular basis for reference help and they both return my text or private message very quickly. Both are great ladies who I know I can trust.
Didn't know that at all. But maybe that particular provider is the one that does exactly what they want. Maybe they feel or felt secure with that one person ijs. How is a hobbyist to know a certain provider will get them blacklisted in the future? Originally Posted by Austins1hobby
