Well this is a bit of a beta test, proof of concept thing, but trying to balance available budgets (mine included) and realistic donations...

Trisha, Amber and Gia...if you go forward, all I can suggest is that you plan well ahead...maybe get some feedback on ideal scheduling...the more lead time and planning, the better chance for a successful event...good luck and have fun!
