Why do Spas/agencies say no black women?

It works different ways at different spas, all depends on the owner. But generally if the door fee is $160, the girl gets $60 + Tip, the house gets $100. Some work on a 50/50 split with the girl keeping her tips. As Natalia said, you're better off working indy or partner up with a couple of girls and share a suite or incall.

Getting a apartment and maintaining it wasn't all that difficult for me and furniture. And as my experience in this field progressed I do agree $100 seemed like nothing. But for someone who is high volume that's great. I have a friend who is high volume and walks out with 2k every time she works and her worse day is 1k lol. I tried the high volume thing, and don't laugh at me, but I ended up on bed rest because I had inflammation in my hips from them shifting and the rods in my spine were starting to irritate me lol. I feel like you laughed, or somebody did! So embarrassing. But for me I ended up making the same or even less a week being high volume vs being low volume.

The split is either 60/100 or 60/120. 100 doesn't seem like much to you but a couple clients a day is $1,000 a week post-tax which is 4X better than $8/hr pre-tax.

A lot of ladies do try to leave and some are successful, but more aren't. Again, language, money, residency issues can impact going indy. You have to come up with deposits, furniture, utilities. Agencies need to move location probably every six months at the latest due to high traffic and nosy neighbors. Don't forget these same issues almost require paying for a screening/scheduling service. some places you pay it all up front at the door or in the room

some places that front more as a legit massage spa, you pay 60 at the door like you pay for massage

in the room, you pay the lady another 100

AGENCIES:
120=30 minutes of full service 60 for the house 60 for the girl
160 or 180=60 minutes of full service (usually at least 2 pops) 60 for the house 100 or 120 for the girl

SPA/AMP:
160=20 to 60 minutes of YMW(will)V service (usually 1 pop) 60 for the house 100 for the girl

Shiiiit. I had never bothered to ask that one and was assuming a 20/100 or at least 40/80 split. Regularly scheduling hhr's with a lady at 60/60 would probably lead to intentional bad service just to free her up for hopefully an hour session.

What are some of the Latin Agencies? Not bad donation. I have tried the spas and that just don't work for me. They put them fake pictures up and then you show up and old women and ugly women are available. Not my cup of tea.
