Now Samantha normally operates under Paradigm Companions where they all charge 300/hr. So lets look at her info:

P411: Link down but I seem to recall same as Eccie
Eccie: rates are 300/350, nothing about 30 minute appointments, requires references. Only two reviews this year
And how many reviews do you think she should have? Because she has 2 this year, which is enough to confirm she is still in business and if her looks/services have changed, and plenty more going on that page, and yet another page in total.

But if we look in the review we find this.

BP: rates 200/220 with 30 minutes at 100, and what ever BP ladies require for screening if at all.

Why is she on BP? Plain and simple, she's not making enough money. Who cares if you can claim to be a 500/hr provider if you only get one client a week. Waitress make more.
This is just so untrue... and presumptuous.
Not all waitresses may even work 40 hours, some may not make that in a week, and if you take into consideration the fact they have to work MANY toe-busting feet throbbing ego-bursting hours (constant griping from picky customers!) Waitresses do not make more. Cray-Cray...

Break out of a failed mindset where you price with the herd and never adjust rates or appointment times. Do other providers want you to do this? No, it's in their best interest if you charge as high an hourly rate as possible, and preferably higher than them.

Now if you want a real smack of honesty... I don't give a shit if another providers rates are higher or lower...
Actually I'd LOVE to emulate the successful ones who charge $$$$ an hour or better? You know why?
The way I figure it, is like this.... If I charge $250 and I suck one dick, that's my business. And if another hooker is on backpage doing the same thing for $50, I'm kind of shaking my head, because that hooker is having to suck five dicks to my one dick to make that same total of $250.

Again. Wrong. I could care less. Good for any lady who does... But me personally, I don't want the "30 minute TYPES" and I mean those clients and yes, there is a type...

Do all providers have to do this? No. If you are Ariel More with a two week waiting list, you get to charge what ever you want. This post is not for providers with that FOTM popularity.

So what would I advise for Samantha?
1). Stay off BP for your own safety.
2). Drop your p411/Eccie rates to 250/300 (you can always raise them again).
3). Offer some 200 review specials one weekend a month to generate some buzz and get some reviews.
4). Offer some 30 minute appointments at 150 for either the lunch crowd or at times of the day when you're normally extremely slow.
5). Offer longer appointments that look like great hourly discounted bargains but which add 25-100% more income per visit.
So what you are saying if we charge less for multihours, we make more....
On that I can agree.

For most guys, variety is key. If you tell us the second hour is at the same rate as the first, our need for variety instantly leans us toward giving our money to a different provider instead of booking the second hour with you.


Now this part here is GOLD. I do my own rate structure, instead of all multihours being the (hour-rate X hours) instead, I lower each proceeding hour... I prefer multihours, and I let my rates reflect that; It draws the types of clients and $penders I like. None of those "wham bammers."
And a man will probably come out with more services at a lesser overall cost if providers priced as this: prefers to make more income per session versus hourly.




6). If you are ok with anal, restrict access and use it as a free add-on instead of offering discounts during slow times or offer it as all inclusive as part of a higher rate. "Free" anal sounds like free Coke. a cola to guys and is a powerful advertising pitch


My advise - Stay off of backpage, good advice, no argument there.
However, if she did want to use BP,
I would be pushing the hell out of:

Nothing wrong with specials on occasion, but consistency does confuse people especially when clients read reviews; however, not all reviews "tell the whole story".... She may raise or lower her rates at her own discretion which is why the numbers may be all over the place. Maybe she's testing the market. Maybe she's seeing if she can deal with different types of clientele.
Maybe she is temporarily doing 30 minutes to fish for a more steady base of regulars.
Maybe she doesn't want to just draw 30 minute seeking clients.

For someone who is giving advise, C55, you sure do not understand the whole mindset of what providers deal with and must master.

If she was on P411, Eccie, and still on BP, obviously Eccie & P411 weren't alone providing for her financial needs. You are right about lowering her prices from $350 on Eccie, if she can't sustain the client base she needs at that price-point (being the $350/ph...)
But.... Running specials is a very temporary solution to a long term marketing problem.
Yes, it makes more volume, but also tends to lead to other issues.
I could be wrong.... but that's what all of my "hooker research" has led me to deduce.
I never ran a "special" but I have read about girls, who lower prices or do "specials", having a hell of a time with newly acquired clients paying the "normal" price after getting the "special price." And that is a headache & negotiations that are NOT worth the trouble, imho.

I have a couple of Grandfathered rate guys I see, and they kill me on the multi-hours.
I have worked two years with reviews, and after the first year, raised my prices, and again, did so this fall.
I have no less calls than I did, from new guys, and I dread the grandfathered rates; yet I wish to keep my clients. It does irk me that when I see one of them for 2 hours, I am making 71% of what I would with a newer priced client, yet it would totally kill me if I lost the clients altogether by raising prices on them.
71% is better than 0%; ALL DAY.
So I get it... truly, I do.
Clients are still customers, consumers, shoppers...
And who doesn't like a good deal?
But don't people usually wait for stuff to "go on sale" once they KNOW there will be a sale?
