Sealthing or Assault?

I don't like pimps. I don't condone young playmates being controlled by a pimp. I won't see a playmate if it is known she has a pimp.

But if there ever was a true need for a pimp, it would be in this situation. Someone to come to the playmates defense and beat the crap out of someone who would do what this thread is discussing.

We guys mention all the time that is it impossible to do too much research on a playmate. We have reviews, threads, photos, fellow hobbiest, etc. The same can be said for the playmates. You CAN NOT do too much research. Another reason I like the ladies who Pre-Book verses those that are always taking last minute appointments. It has to be tough to do proper research on some guy who wants to see you in an hour.

I will be honest in that I don't know how some of you lovely playmates do this sometimes? My hat goes off to you!! (Yes, I do mean the hat on my Big Head!!)

Agree 100%. Unfortunately, as was pointed out earlier, it would be pretty impossible for someone to end up charged with a crime for it under current law. Even if it were written specifically into law the whole he said she said thing would make the burden of proof difficult. Originally Posted by rcinokc

Purposefully pulling this shit is fucking dispicable. You need a good beat down if you pull this shit.

IMO it should be a crime, likely assault, but in the end unfortunately it would likely turn into a he said/she said situation.

Got my hopes up with the Seal-thing title only to find out it is stealthing. As a walrus I am very attracted to seals. Better start buying top quality condoms if the cheap ones break as the often do if your a well endowed walrus they might accuse me of rape.

Same thing applies to women who just sit on your bare dick with no consent

This is a very interesting topic... I had a client do this to me back in 2009....I saw his ass at a night club about 6 months later and this fucker actually approached me to see if I remembered him...let's just say being slapped across the face by a woman in public doesn't do much for your male ego....

Just the fact he did that to me and then had the balls to approach me....I felt he got it easy with just my slap....

I almost forgot that happen to me.... Thanks for posting this Ze..

We have so many new, young and naive providers.... This is something they should put on their minds as to not forget that this world has many who are predators of women in vulnerable situations. Originally Posted by Analeese

Oh...Lordy Lordy .... I should have waited to read this with a martini in hand and cuddled up in my comfy bed.
I trudged through it ... and yeah ...

Well, ok.
Not that my opinion matters (as I've learned from the lovely fellow hobbyists at times), but what the hell ... I gotta give my 2 cents on this one.

Ladies, I totally get what you are saying. I do understand the importance of this issue and how we keep an eye out for dudes that might have these intensions.
BUT - As a few have said on this thread ... we are in a business whereas we fuck hundreds of guys a year ... we are not the timid girlfriend, college coed or neighbor down the street giving freebies just because they want to get laid. This IS OUR BUSINESS.
Just as you would wear a helmet if you played professional football or a bullet proof vest if you are a police officer, we HAVE to face the issue head on and address it as if our life depended on it
Use the tools we have in place to prevent it from occurring to you.
SCREEN - SCREEN - SCREEN - and COMMUNICATE with new clients to a level that YOU feel comfortable.

It is OUR responsibility to put the cards on the table (firmly) before an encounter
I understand that we are now aware that jerks have figured out the stealthing technique, but I REALLY do not think it is mostly the hobbying johns.

I'm sure there are a few, but if you are so very concerned....put on your serious face when they walk in the door and lay down the law.
Have a back-up so if it does happen, you can get someone to kick their ass.
Let them know they will be blacklisted and probably banned from ECCIE for such behavior.
Lay it on the line girl!
Flat out say … “just so you know, ANY attempt to remove the cover at ANY point is a serious violation to me …. and the consequences are probably more than you want to deal with”, …”..
Now that I’ve made that clear … let’s get naked and have some fun”!

This business is not for the timid and shy gals who are afraid to show some grit and perhaps lose a client...
or miss out on some cash and willing to take risks (ie; insufficient screening and/or ignoring expectations and the fallout if protocol is not followed)

Do I think stealthing is a crime? Well, I DO think it is a really shitty thing to do and if the dumbass wants to try it …. then he is putting his own reputation at steak as well as possibly causing harm to the provider (not to mention a LOT of Bad Karma and racking up haters)

I would think it might be along the lines of Reckless Endangerment or Personal Misconduct (not sexual assault).

Now, if the provider DID turn into a baby-momma … that would be a whole different case (easy to prove nowadays with DNA)… OR wound up with HIV.

But again, we ARE in this business …. and getting the sympathy of a judge or jury is probably nil.

…Plus, you may have a credibility issue is the complainant has to admit an initio that she was violating another portion of the criminal code by engaging in prostitution. Originally Posted by TexTushHog

I agree with you but the fact is that those things are part of the hobby, people have choices and have to outweigh the great $ job vs the high risk of bad possibilities. Originally Posted by BLM69

I agree that this "stealthing" thing is a despicable act and should absolutely be punishable by law.

I completely disagree with calling this rape. I believe calling this act rape, does a major disservice to rape victims. Any rape counselor will tell you that criminal rape is not as much about sex, as much as it is about violence, power, and control. I've known a couple of criminal rape victims in my life, and even with many hours of counseling, neither of them was ever the same person.

I guess you could say that rape has a very broad meaning in this context, but I have a hard time with that after seeing what criminal rape can do to people's lives.

Statutory rape says that someone is too young to be able to consent.

Stealthing is also rape. Just because someone consented to protected sex doesn't mean they consented to unprotected sex. It's a consent violation just like any other type of rape.

I think there are 2 main rules to sex: don't do anything outside of the other person's consent, and don't do anything at all with anyone under 18. How fucking hard is it to follow these two rules?
