OK, I have come to the decision that I'm going to start playing Alanis Morrisettes song "uninvited " when I go to the bathroom. Before you even try to say "She is stupid for wanting to bring it up in court " I will explain some of the legal issues involved with a civil matter and " defamation of character ". First of civil lawsuits and criminal cases are to completely legal issues. There is a lot more hard evidence that is needed in a criminal case verse a civil case. As a provider I'm consider a type of "self-branding" and by falsely accusing someone of something like that the accuser is hurting my brand. Now a judge/court might slightly frown upon the fact that I am a provider but the evidence of this thread, if I choose to use it, over-wieghs that issue due to my "brand" is being hurt to such proven false allegations.
