prep for a date

If timing permits, I like to schedule a date just a few days (3 is optimal)after my best friend and his associates have been given a fresh Brazilian waxing. That way, they are in their smoothest, most pristine and most sensitive condition for our mutual enjoyment. Regularly consuming almonds and cocoa extract (in supplemental form), because of its high polyphenol content, promote nitric oxide production, a short-lived compound essential to the erectile process. Regular consumption of a pharmaceutical-grade fish oil and pomegranate juice or extract (in supplemental form) will similarly function to promote optimal blood flow.

I save and save and save and save.

Interesting concept on the fish oil. Does it really help with optimal blood flow? I might need to try that.

Well a person that big knows he's limited in activity BCD and in just everyday life. However, he's probably got the biggest heart of any of us.

Before a date, I take a shower while listening to Sade. It helps me set the mood and makes me feel super seeexy .

I get my clothes together a day before so I already know what I am wearing the day of the meeting. Maybe blue jeans and a t-shirt, pants and a sexy top, sundress or a little black dress. Oh and sexy lingerie just in case.. I always dress to impress...

I am one of those gals that don't need a lot of makeup. All it takes is the right lipgloss and eyeliner for me to look like a glamour goddess. It literally takes me not even 5-10 minutes to put on makeup. My long curly jet black hair is always done and my nails are kept short and I'm picture perfect..

If it is an incall I will have the fridge stocked with champagne, chocolate, cookies and bottled water for my guest. If I'm in the mood I will bake cookies but I don't do it often...

I also always have my bag of "goodies" waiting and I have a very nice selection...

Though I offer it to my guests, I prefer not to drink alcohol during a date. A 5 hour energy drink or a red bull will do. Now I'm ready....
