Well, I knew the acronym but I admit I don't know the duties of such person but the question is, is this a person with political duties or intelligence duties because it seems like only the latter should be able to unmask an American talking to a Russian Amb. and AGAIN, the important point is that Americans names can not be shared with anybody that is not authorized to know it and the Washington Post surely doesn't fit that bill.
