So although Sicily is considered part of Italy the people are not true Italians. I am Sicilian, I've never been there but I know the history. I've seen Sicilians that you would swear are Black or Arab. My family is Greek in terms of the mix. People complain about racism in America but most European countries would be worse. People of color would have to walk a thin line if they decided to live in some European countries. People of color are lucky here in America, we all are and we shouldn't forget that.
