I think anyone can expect and accept that there would be challenges in withdrawing Military personnel from a country that for decades has been dominated by a Terrorist organization. Now we have American Citizens and Military Equipment left behind. This offers new challenges that could have and should have been avoided. This withdrawal was simply poorly planned and executed. UPDATE - Ramstein Air Base in Germany will be one of the bases that will temporarily house evacuees for the U.S.
