Anxiety

Just a word of advice...

Any provider that wants a deposit or full payment before you meet is 99.99% going to be a scammer.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER pay a deposit via Venmo or other electronic banking.

1) It can be tracked back you IRL and used to prosecute you in court.

2) ALWAYS PAY IN CASH. ALWAYS.

If you don't have the stones yet to meet a provider IRL, you can take baby steps to it.

Try visiting an Asian Massage Parlor in your town.
Find one that has reviews on the AMP forums.
Work up your confidence with AMP girls (it's a safer way to play all around) although you're not gonna find an Angelina Jolie look-alike or whoever else you find super attractive.

Most girls that are stoopid hot in the Hobby and in AMPs are likely to give you poor service, with a bad attitude and lots if rules.

Just find you an average looking provider who is passionate and you are likely to have a much better time.

PM me if you need more info about AMPing. I'm a fountainhead of knowledge in all things hobby-related.

Good luck.

I totally understand where you're coming from. Anxiety can really get in the way sometimes, especially in this hobby. I've had similar feelings of being unworthy or intimidated by someone's looks. It's important to remember that providers are professionals like panic attack hotline, and they're there to make you feel comfortable. I hope that helps!
Your point about electronic payments being traceable and potentially putting people at legal risk is super important. The anonymity and untraceability of cash can definitely add an extra layer of safety for those concerned about privacy.

The BIGGEST danger from electronic payments is the possible/probable fraudulent use of your personal information months down the road!!!

Fear of hobbying is like fear of spiders. The women are five times as anxious about meeting you than you are of them. Understand this, and it'll get easier (if you're mindful about spooking the ladies)

It would be stupid to invite a lady to a residence, then rip her off! All the screaming and hollering would be a real good way to get evicted!! Only real drawback is the lady comes and knocks on your door at oh dark early! That’s happened to me a half dozen times or so! Especially when they live close!! I shit you not!!

You make a good point, but I figure that for every one Aileen Wournous there are 10 BTKs.

In reading the original post, I believe Philly Scott is looking more for a girlfriend rather than an escort. Most men on this website, in my opinion, are just looking for short-term fun with no commitments. My recommendation for Philly Scott would be to get out of this hobby, go see a therapist who can help him overcome his low self-esteem and give him advice on how to meet women that are interested in relationships. That would be a better way to spend his money rather than spending it on women that he never meets and aren't looking for a relationship.
Yeah and girls get killed everyday in this hobby. I'm sorry how many johns end up being serial killers??

Not everyone engaging in these activities is neurotypical, and those who aren't may face unique challenges around anxiety, social cues, etc., that could affect their experience.
