However, that doesn't mean that they are not trafficked. It just means prosecutors can't prove it. The woman who owns Michiko stated that prostitution was her only source of income. She also offered to give LE information about other spa owners.

Why 4 Seasons? Michiko owner may negotiate names of agencies. Do they all work together? What handles were promoting Michiko? Are those handles promoted other places?

Gentle giant and armystrong, how do you know that owner offered to give LE information about other spa owners? Is it something you just heard (rumor)or are you close to the owner and She told you that?

I got the official report from DPD through a foia request. It's a very indepth report. A few things are redacted, but there's a lot that's not redacted. Also, there a civil suit to seized her Mercedes, and the cash that was found when LE executed the search warrant.
