Clear your cache. I got those messages, too, when I was trying to access the site away from home WiFi. Once I cleared my browser cache the issue went away.

Make sure the o2 address is correct
Try different browsers or a different device
Clear your cookies and caches
During peak times o2 does slow down. Just wait a few minutes and try again
Refresh page
