That's definitely not like her. I can't see exactly what happened in your situation, but I usually text the morning of, and usually text when I'm headed that way. I've always gotten a response. She's rescheduled once or twice for me, but always gave me as much notice as she could, and was very apologetic. Sorry you didn't get to see her, she's one of the best out there.

If she still hasn’t given you an explanation or offer to make it right, that does not look good on her part.
