I’m taking a cruise and was wondering if it’s okay to ask if anyone would be interested in going?

If you pay right $, they will.

you can ask anyone anything. a LOT of logistical issues need to be discussed though. Can't escape each other on a cruise. What if it goes badly?

Ask away. Just be cautious with it and have a deep conversation with her. It helps if you have had at least 2 overnights with her. Might want to even get her a second cabin to herself. Plus schedule time together and alone. I've taken a couple on cruises following the above and had a blast.
