Of course. They have to hit those arrest targets because they can't find the criminals and this is why 82 year old green card holders get deported even though they were here legally and committed no crimes.

Many of the people being deported were here legally - and had no criminal record.

trump is obviously just a huge racist. He has no interest in only going after criminals. Which stands to reason, because he's a convicted felon himself.
