All the major experts predicted possible UE rate to spiral between 15 to 25% if it wasn't fixed. You are probably one of the many people who believe the bailouts shouldn't have been made- but you would be naive to believe that had the Banks and GM been allowed to fail that it wouldn't have affected the UE rate?
As far as answering your question- I would like the rich to return to the tax rate they paid under Clinton- again the rich are paying the least amount of taxes in the last 60 years- trickle down economic is dead- if the theory still works- why not huge employment during Bush's years?
