This is P4P. The clients have choices. They know what they have to work with. If they only have so much, it's their obligation to find girls in that price range...or come up with more for higher priced girls if that's what they want.

Refund over no greek is less obvious. Firs is as long as you were willing and capable of providing the service you are not obligated to provide a refund.

The second issue is more of a customer service issue. A business that provides great customer service gets a good reputation and more customers. A refund of the greek extra could be seen as providing that extra level of service that could make him come back or get others to call if he spread the word about your level of customer service. It is a judgement call of yours at that point.

Second case is a little harder since you agreed on the extra. However, my answer would be the same as #1.

In any date, he might not be able to get it up. You should still be paid for your time (after all, that's all you agreed to...anything else is consensual conduct between adults). As far as the second scenario, where the greek activity did not occur, sounds like it was attempted, but not completed. Lady made the effort, guy failed, guy's lost.

Now, if Kelly wants to stand out in the guy's memory, she could offer to provide greek at no upcharge on the next time he visits...but no obligation.

As far as guys always asking for discounts, would wonder if these are regulars or their first visit. In any event, Kelly, I had not noticed you until recently on here, even though your registration shows almost a year ago. All of your reviews appear to be in the last few months. A lot of guys may see you as a new provider and are trying to take advantage of you. Happens a lot. All you need to do is read a few of the threads, including the recent spat of B/B/F/S troll threads to gather that there are a group of guys trying to drive prices down or coerce ladies into activities they normally would not do.

A young attractive girl who offers greek to some of the guys here means a possible easy target. Don't let them get to you. I think your prices are in-line, it looked like all of your reviews were positive. (Didn't read all of them, just saw the recommendations.)

I think refunds should be offered when it seems like it is the right thing to do. Neither of these seemed like a refund was the right thing to ask for or to offer. Now, to offer to make the next visit special, and then to deliver on that promise, that is what drives repeat business...

Excuse the redundancy, but here are my votes...

#1) No refund. If he wants to leave early, that's his choice. He can stick around and chit chat, cuddle, or play thumb wars if he wants to get his full time.

#2) No refund for time. Maybe the extra he paid for Greek, but I can see both sides of that debate. If you generally don't offer MSOG, it's not your fault he shot on the wrong goal. If you generally do offer MSOG, that's makes it trickier.

I generally don't agree with refunds unless the provider has done something blatantly wrong. I don't see that in #1 or #2.
