The guy with 125 OK's.....??

Not all providers would say.....IT'S JUST ABOUT THE MONEY. For me, it definately is not ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Others I am acquainted with feel the same.

........................
I can see why you would not understand my way of thinking. We obviously have different tastes. I'm not here to educate (without compensation), ............

ONCE AGAIN....Don't hate me becuz I speak my mind (as delicately as possible). I understand there are many levels of this BIZ. You and I can agree to disagree, throw a kiss to the cheek.....and be on our way. Yes?

I have said it before and I will say it again, about 96% of the provider's out there are about the money as that is why they got into this business in the first place, but it is the other 4%, that do not get compensated, they just love sex, and the ladies who are in the 96% are the GREAT/ATF providers that make a hobbyist feel that he is more than just a wallet.

as far as the 100 oks/reviews, Yes, I will respectfully agree to disagree with you, although I do wholeheartedly agree with quality over quantity any day of the week and twice on Sunday, but IHMO, I have both going for me, and I have not had a provider yet that has not seen me because of the quantity of my reviews and I have had just about all email/PM me telling me they had a great time, compliment me on my hygiene, etiquette, ect. and look forward to seeing me again.

Now, getting back to your original question, did a hobbyist try to boast about his "oks" and he demanded that you should see him solely on that?
To go back to your original question Torre, I do not understand why it would raise a red flag for a hobbyist to have a lot of okays. I would think it would make the provider feel more comfortable knowing they are going to see a hobbyist who has experience in the hobby.

Now I do think to a degree some girls want to be on the list. I do believe some girls, not all but some, want to be on the list of okays of a certain hobbyist or reviewed by a certain hobbyist.

The question I have is who is the hobbyist going around saying how many okays he has or how popular he is? I have never mentioned in any of my posts or reviews up until now about how many I have. I don't see anywhere on the board where I have posted bragging about it. Who is the hobbyist who has been posting this? Or did you possibly hear about this from another provider so you decided to post this thread?

I know if I was a provider I would always think business first. If I was a provider I would never post a thread trying to call out a hobbyist. Why would you to that? Unless you had first hand knowledge of them being a prick to you why would you want to call something out like this? Would you rather have the hobbyist who spends a lot of money spend less? Would you rather hobbyist who have a lot of okays and reviews spend less money on the hobby? I know if I was in a customer service related business I would think customer service all the way. If there was someone who bothered me I would not post a thread trying to call them out. I would just ignore them and not see them. Maybe you are not trying to call anyone out but from your very first part where "you get it" it sure sounds like you are calling out hobbyists with a lot of okays.

I do not know how many okays hobbyists have but I would assume there are not many of us over 100 so I felt I needed to respond and Torre, I feel no ill will towards you at all. I do respect your opinion although I don't quite understand why a lot of okays is a problem and why you would say hobbyists with a lot of okays would raise a red flag. For me Quality and Quantity are important. Obviously I like having sex with a lot of women but again, I am always respectful and always follow the proper hobby etiquette. I do not try to take advantage of providers because of my review count and okay count. I do take advantage of the specials I am offered and the easy scheduling that I get, I usually don't have to wait in line .

And if you are a provider and you haven't seen me you should send me a pm so we can get together (and yes this is an ad) Remember, hobbyists with a lot of okays and reviews are fun too.

I want to see you as soon as you can, offer you a discounted/free session because I want you to become a regular client. I am about quality over quantity."

I am self-conscious from time to time about my okay number, but I have concluded I am simply searching for as many of the highest quality sessions as frequently as possible! Implying that gents who see a variety of ladies and thus might have a higher number of okays are somehow clients of questionable quality--I find that offensive. And to assume we have no "regular" relationships is short-sighted.

You only have 500 providers in Dallas. Were are the other 500 coming from?

Again....I will say that WE ALL HAVE OUR TASTE of where we are comfortable. Don't take offense....just nod and say...yeah, ok....I might see where she is coming from. Although you might not agree. and....I'm ok with that!

I recently received a P411 request from a client who has been hobbying since 2007. He only has 13 oks....and from that, also looking at the profiles of the women he chooses to display on his profile....makes me say....YAY!
I'm sooooo there :-)

The way I see it, my okays are relevant only to the net new providers I choose to take interest in. They do not know me... But they do not need to see I have hundreds of reviews or dozens of okays to get to know me. Just enough to know I am not a newbie, somewhat active, and have certain interests which they should be comfortable providing.

I won't post a review every time I see a lovely regular of mine or a well reviewed provider.

At the end of the day, i know one thing....women are damn sexy and variety is the spice of my bcd life... Hopefully the provider shares this view about men at some level. Then we usually click!

From the Op's original post:

Question to everyone....having a considerably large number of OK's....does that raise a red flag....or does it intice the gals to want to be on your list?

For me....I've thought in the past....a red flag. Recently however, I've met some nice people who are "big spenders".

Opinions?

Torre, your question appeared to have been written from a somewhat neutral perspective, seemingly with the intent to validate a recent possible change from your traditional viewpoint on the red flag issue that you mentioned. Yes, we all know how tough it is riding the fence on any important issue that we face.

I don't see having too many ok's as a sign of "not getting it up". But yes, QUALITY OF THE CLIENT would be questionable.

I feel I have to comment on your belief that too many okays questions "client quality", and that approach's inconsistency with your perceived comfort with a "managed" amount of okays. Are you saying that your comfort would improve if the guy with 125 okays would just go in and clean out his file of, say, about a hundred of them? Seems to me that this type of "account management" would only lure you into a false sense of security with respect to perceived client quality. What would change about him? In reality, your good-manager-hobbyist has now been somewhat deceitful, right? Maybe not for sinister reasons, but hiding the full story, nonetheless. Regardless of the good or bad reasons for a hobbyist to cull okays from an account, I just can't see how that would make things more comfortable with you, much less improve quality.

I have no agenda in this response. In fact, there are no "okays" to be found for me anywhere, as I have no account on P411 to "manage." That's my choice. I only bring this fact up so that hopefully, it can't be said that I am arguing one way or the other, in order to sway your opinion, for any personal reason. Please view my questions as coming from a disinterested third party, only trying to portray another opinion to help you decide.

I don't have many OKs but I tend to see the same few a lot and there are not many visitors that come through Lubbock at a time that I can visit them.

However, of those 6 OKs that I have, all but 1 was added without me requesting it and normally before I even have a chance to look at P411 again.

JLC....even if you were on my ass like white on rice....uuuhh....no thanks.

you've proven your point here.

I've amazingly had more prevelance of my stance in the last few months since my last post.
Which, I must say....has been very satisfying and justifying.

It's all a matter of what we look for, are willing to give, and the depth of the experience.
