Missed appointment

The situation you encountered is generally called "no call no show" (NCNS). It happens. Either there is a genuine emergency, or the provider has poor "taking care of business" (TCB) attitude. Sooner or later, you should be able to distinguish between the two.

I could not imagine being mugged... I praise the lady that showed up to still do the appointment. I think its safe to say I would be a nervous wreck.

That's how she sounded when I eventually talked to her on the phone. Unfortnately, things didn't really go as planned when she eventually showed up. I'll chalk it up to the fact that she had had a VERY bad day.

I must be to easy. I only stop seeing the ones that fall asleep when with me, and it was not a planned overnight. Well a nap is ok if with for the day. Originally Posted by offshoredrilling
