I am sure that will be a new gripe the liberal Democrats will have against Trump in 2020, but that's tough shit. Someone new, healthy and vibrant with common sense needs to replace her.

RBG would not likely be impeached for health reasons - and not for any rason by a DPST house terrified of a Conservative strict constitutionalist SC - and losing their control over interpreting the law according to their "feelings".
as long as RBG is reasonably competent on the SC bench 9 and that is a low bar) - she is safe in her seat.
She would have to be mentally incompetent, and/or physically unable to perform duties, and refuse to resign, before any action could reasonably be considered.
To keep her seat Left -leaning - the DPST's would scream and howl and use every nasty trick they can consider against removal. They are terrified of losing RBG - and she knows the pressure to stay in her seat. Would the DPST house vote to impeach her - not even if was well and truly deceased and H.... propped up her decaying corpse in her seat every morning.
