you know, i never really commented on this thread as i should. so i will now.

i posted about my Sasquatch gun. now let me comment on several other guns mentioned

Glock

many falsely think Glock's are jam prone. they aren't. it's cheap ammo. i don't own one but i've shot many including several owned by Cops. with good ammo, they are reliable.

Colt.

i own a Colt pocketlite. it's a mini-1911 design. shoots .380 a lite round, but not if you put one right between the eyes.

i recall several posts about 1908's, didn't even know they existed.

i had a Colt 1911 when Colt had serious quality issues. got rid of that piece of shit. it had bad sights and shot off about 2" down and to the left. today i hope Colt's quality is better.

maybe i'll try a Colt Gold Cup 1911.

Kimber.

expensive gun. i've shot several owned by friends. good gun. better than the old Colt 1911 i ditched. The Kimber out shot it easily.

now an odd ball military weapon.

Russian Marakov

the standard Russian military pistol for many years

it's heavy for a small gun, uses odd ball 9 x 18 mm ammo but rugged and accurate.

now for several guns that no one even mentioned???? why???????

Strum Ruger!!!!!

i own several. the safety is ambidextrous. sights are adjustable. excellent gun.

i own a 9mm ..

and a .45 ACP

bahahahaaaaa

let me show you the biggest piece of shit gun i ever owned.

The Jammin' Jenny!!!

BRYCO JENNINGS NINE 9MM

http://www.egunner.com/bryco-jenning...uction_details

Avoid this gun if you value your life. it's a cheap piece of shit!!!!!

i found out the hard way that a good gun is worth the money.

this gun never shot a whole clip without jamming. my crazy ass redneck cousin figured out how to get it to shoot a whole clip.

he dowsed the whole clip with lite weight oil. bahahahaa

then the slide shattered when i was shooting it. YES ... IT SHATTERED.

blew the front part of the slide in two. scared the FUCK OUTTA ME!!

took it back to the dealer i got it from. all he would do was replace it, no refund. so i took the replacement and traded it for my Ruger 9mm.

bahahhaaaaa

btw .. that crazy cousin he has one of these...

it's BLAST to shoot. .45. you can still buy them. but they are not cheap.

i am also an aficionado of derringers. especially Bond Arms. they have many models and load options. .45 Long Colt and .410 shorts would be my choice. i have one. the grip is kinda small especially for a .410 shotgun round lol. the model is Texas Defender. they also sell a Mini 45 for 45 Long Colt only. opted for the Texas Defender.

i recently checked out their website ..

https://bondarms.com/

and saw a new model that is a bit of a departure for Bond Arms. it's a very compact 9mm. called the Bullpup9. i want one of these!!

Bond Arms guns aren't cheap. this retails for $1000. still want one!!! i paid $500 new for my Texas Defender.

yeah it is. clearly meant to be compact, kinda like certain cars, depends on the angle you look at it i guess.
