I used to like to read the humorous banter, and chime in from time to time. My life sucks so bad right now, just nothing funny here. Anything I post would be somber and depressing. Got hurt at work so I've been out, broke and waiting on results to see if I have cancer. I could use a good fucking, but just have to wait I guess. The only funny one I have is years ago I was dating a girl and decided to get it on but didn't have hotel money. So I found a boat launch in the middle of the night and started to get it on, I didn't notice but we hit the shift on the truck and ended up in the bayou. Had to call a tow truck and someone to come get us. I was very embarrassed.

Thanks LAMAN. I was hoping to win Annie's raffle last time. Some sign of change in my luck. Alas, I was still unlucky.

Stockn I bought some raffle tickets for a fundraiser when I stopped at the grocery store a while back. Got a call Saturday evening from someone that sounded like he had been in the juice all day saying "you won 1st place, you won all the big stuff, you won with ticket #....". I thought it was a gimmick. Then another call saying he would txt the number of a guy bringing it home and to pick up from him-now seems even more suspicious. Then a call from the texted mumber Monday asking mid I was coming to pick my stuff up. Turns out I was talking to the brother of the fundraiser receipient. So my donation went to a good cause and I won something. Guess my chances of winning are slim for a while now.

Must admit winning Annie's raffle would be worth giving up chances of winning other things for a while, hell I'll even add a donation if I ever win hers!. Maybe Annie will read the thread and your situation will help in next months raffle outcome....hang in there, remember no matter how bad it gets there are others with worse situations.
