How could you say ghetto schools, when ghetto schools arent the ones on the news shooting up schools or the great topic "teachers sleeping with students". There are more recommended prominent schools out there that sweeps controversial situations under the rug or pay off families with hush money. People go to school to learn not to be in a concentration camp or need prison like environments. I would be better off home schooling my child then to have someone that doesnt love my child like i do responsibility of him/her. Lets take your logic to it's logical extreme, one person can disrupt a class, the entire class has to move, this takes time.
