bah. 1b1 your blatant anti-cop bias and racism undoes your arguments .. failures that they are. all of your so-called statements have been wrong. if someone charges at me unarmed and i have a gun i have the legal right to pop a few caps in their face.

The Militia Act of 1903 says that the UNORGANIZED MILITIA is comprised of every able-bodied man of at least 17 and under 45 years of age, who is not a member of the State Defense Forces, National Guard, or Naval Militia.

You're better if you just stick with that line.

I heard him testify if I remember correctly...a friend bought it and he was going to buy it from his friend when he turned 18.

There are a whole slew of charges from murder one on down. From the one day I watched his testimony....when he cried....no way he gets a murder rap.

But that is my opinion from only one day of testimony.

I will say it once more....were he black...the cops would have shot his ass dead. They waved him through and would not even detain him after he told them he was the shooter! Originally Posted by WTF

He is 18 years old now....but he was a child while brandishing a rifle and acting like Rambo.

What little I saw of the trial makes all this moot as I think he will be acquitted of murder. Doubt if he is convicted of any others since the weapons charge was dropped.

This is my take on events.

First the kid should not have been there....but he was. Next the first person he shot had just been let out of a hospital because of attempted suicide. He was wanting confrontation it seems.

That seemed jump start the assumption that the kid was randomly killing protesters.

This is exactly why police do not call on a bunch of armed amateurs for backup. Originally Posted by WTF

.. predicting the verdict in a criminal case is the same as predicting the final score of a football game (my paraphrase, but "predicting" was HIS WORD!).

..and he proclaims he has the same qualities as a long-time Harvard Law Professor!!!!

Must you always lie and distort what others say?

However, WTF did claim that he thought Rittenhouse would
NOT be convicted... I know this because He, I, and
a few other lads were in discussion about this on
the day BEFORE the verdict came.

Almost wish it wasn't true - But TRUE IT IS.
And I gotta call the fouls as I seem 'em, mate.

And also gotta tell the truth when I see it also.

Oh wait...you do not venture an opinion until AFTER the verdict, on others who predicted BEFORE the verdict.

That seems like a pussy move.
