GA Election Case - Back Open!

Salty, what is happening here ? Even the judge in the True the Vote court proceeding had to admonish their lawyer with:

"I don't know that....and neither do you."
... So?

That’s what happens when you only read headlines, Salty.

Don’t they teach the good old 3 Rs in Oz?

You’re hijacking your own Op again.
... Now you're just being silly, mate.

The WIN for "True the Vote" and Free Speech in GA surely means
that people there - such as Trump - CAN call out and CHALLENGE
election results.

... Just as some of the other Georgia election cases are doing.
... Complaints and investigations against Raffensperger's office
are the reason for the thread.

Perhaps NOW that the Court has spoken in the "True the Vote" case,
our STANDING to see the ballots can continue and the state
will NOW be compelled to show them.

Is Georgia's election system constitutional? A federal judge will decide in trial set to begin
... Thanks for posting that, E-user... The Pittsburgh newspaper
also had a bit about it today... It's really whether or not
the (Dominion and other) voting machines are truly secure
from hackings and what-not.

Funny that the Judge there compelled Sec. of State Raffensperger
to testify - seeing-as Brad Raffensperger is a great proponent
the voting machines - and ol' Brad has NO INTEREST in doing so.

... He APPEALED the order - and thus WON'T be testifying.

Apparently, He got nothing to say on the issue NOW.
Which surely might be because of the tabulation counting "errors"
and what-not - that we've already discussed.

... But let's see how Judge Totenberg rules here.
She's already showed some skepticism as-to the machine system
being secure and without potential problems.

That another case, Salty. Brought by Trumpists, for a change. Unrelated to your OP and therefore, you’re hijacking your own ramble again.

I think that investigation is now called a trial.
