She had every right to start a thread and defend her reputation, especially in light of the nasty remarks that followed ROS that she was unable to see.
You're right, most providers don't read the coeds because most can't stomach how ladies are treated here and the every day garbage, however, MANY DO read a gent's reviews prior to accepting them as a new client and look very intently and the no's, just as any guy would.

Your assertion that she is defending her reputation presumes my review to be libelous. Truth is an absolute defense I'm afraid, and even she has not disputed the veracity of my claims.
As to why many ladies are not active on the forums I agree with you that may be part of the reason. Are you insinuating that I engage in that behavior as well? If not what is your point exactly?
I have said before and I'll say again that even being on this site at all opens providers up to a great deal of criticism, it takes a certain strength of will to thrive in this environment and those who do are to be commended for it.
The ladies who I wish to see may look at my prior reviews all they like, they will see that 80% of them are overwhelmingly positive and that my posts here, aside from some obvious jokes, are of the more constructive sort.
I wonder what sort of contribution you hope to make here by continuing to insinuate that guys who post negative reviews will somehow be penalized for it in the future. Are you deliberately trying to discourage the flow of information for some specific purpose? One could argue that some active female posters like yourself create a hostile environment to new hobbyists trying to learn the ropes and share information. Any thread containing anything remotely negative about a provider will soon be joined by you attacking the poster in some way.
We're not all misogynists you do realize this of course right? To mix metaphors, perhaps you should grind your axe with more precision and not paint with so broad a brush.
