The Penn case has been thrown out by the court. The judge ruled the arguments from Trump's lawyers were strained and unsupported by evidence. Trump and Pence are going home 1/20/21.

It was never a surprise. Trump issued an executive order regarding election interference in 2018 and there has been a team of people looking for election fraud ever since, like Tony Shafer in this 2019 interview.
