What Are You Watching on TV Nowadays?

TV does not get better than this or The Wire for that matter. Exceptional writing, acting, locations. And Molly cocksucking Parker always makes me weak in the knees.

The Wire could win a fuck-off competition as the best fucking TV drama series in the last 30 years or forever, in a tough shootout with The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, and ('Fuckin) Deadwood.

Sorry, zombie vampire medieval sci-fi shows don't do it for me, but I'm glad we all have plenty to choose from to suit our tastes.

The Wire - That was a great show.

the Creator of that show has a new miniseries about Housing problems in new york and a new show about the rise of the porn industry in time squares. Originally Posted by cr76

Just about anything with Idris Elba is worth watching, with or without his original Cockney accent.

Checked out The Player. It was ok..meh.

Still love this though. I like the way the story has gone so far this season.

Spader has been great.

The Player and Blindspot makes more sense if you watched and finished Strike Back. Dropped Blindspot on second episode because I can't take people serious who claim PTSD from drone striking. Plus, it's just another version of The Blacklist.

Yes, The Player is meh but fuck, BritBong chicks give me chubbies all day long.

I love Jaime Alexander - but have not seen Blindspot yet. I also watch Honeland, but it's been different without Brody.
Just started watching a series called " The Last Kingdom" on BBC. Love the historical aspect of it.

I have several episodes of Minority report DVRd, just haven't pulled the trigger cause i fear it's getting the can.

I need to check out Blindspot. Jaime Alexander is my future Ex-wife and she was gorgeous to being with, but her body work takes her to ridiculous levels.
That's like winning a scratch off ticket and then being told there is free ice cream outside.

From Dusk till Dawn was picked up for Season 3. Loved the first season, 2nd season has been a let down. Hopefully Bobby Rodriguez has the gecko bros. back together again instead of the Bonnie and clyde thing he has been having them do (Richie and Santanico and Set and Briana Evigan)

Loving GOTHAM this season, especially with the chick being introduced has Firefly and they are delving deeper into Riddler. They came out of left field with their Joker stuff and continue to screw with audiences on that front. I guess in a way, that's how Mister J. would have wanted it.

Yep. The Player has been cancelled along with Minority Report. Gotham has been a lot better this season than last.

Banshee
This is a hidden gem that doesn't get any mainstream attention. Season 3 was some of the best television I've ever seen. They're ending the show with the upcoming fourth season so they don't jump the shark which is awesome. If any of you remember Bob Boudreaux from ABC 13 news he makes a cameo in the first season.

Show premise is about a jewel thief who gets released from prison, goes looking for his loot and ex girlfriend. Ends up in a small town in Pennsylvania and takes over as Sheriff. From there he has to deal with an Amish outlaw, Native American outlaws, Russian Mafia, and other people while trying to get the hell out of Dodge. Plenty of action, nudity, and a high body count.
