Well, Golds Gym rates fitness based on how many of those exersices one can do. Since you referenced Golds standards, I thought that was what you were referring too. So I guess you're doing a low weight, high rep weight routine. A long with super setting floor/core excersices? And Cycling for cardio? What kind of bike do you have?

My weight routine is definitely not low weight high rep. I do 2 sets of 12 reps (3 sets on some exercises) at a weight at which my muscles are fatigued upon completion. When you talk weight on a specific machine, I find it difficult to rate weight totals. To me, they are heavy.
"Super setting floor/core exercises"? I am certainly familiar with core exercises and I admittedly do not do them as much as I should. The other term I am unfamiliar with.
