That's exactly right. Alyssa simply didn't want to see OOB because of his sexual preferences which is "ignorant", yet she was not woman enough to say anything to OOB, she just wasted his time and beat around the bush, but now that Jemma is woman enough to tell a client directly why she prefers not to see them, she is labeled "ignorant" .... hookers judging hookers ...

And for the record, I can understand why Jemmas words maybe seem as harsh, but in all honesty, I think it would have been more harsh to accept his appointment request and money, yet not give him the good time he deserves.
