In terms of safety I agree it's risky and unsafe but I don't think anyone is arguing that fact. The question for you (as a mandle) is do you BB your clients? If not then your risk is the same as it is today since none of us truly know how many johns and escorts BB in this hobby. I tend to live by the 80/20 rule so I assume 80% are doing it. Therefore, all you should worry about is what you're personally doing to protect yourself.

I previously laid out risk metrics (in terms of HIV). ~98% condom effectiveness is typically reduced in the real world to ~82% effectiveness due to improper use. PReP gives you a 92% surface area reduction. Assuming your not using PReP then you're at about a 20% risk (+ or - 3% with each condom use. It's early I haven't had my ghetto, negro, or black coffee this morning so I'm not in real analysis mode but point is that in this hobby no one is putting you at risk by their behavior.
