Zeke Suspended for 6 Games.. are the Cowboys Fucked This Year?

The cowsheep thinck there is hope. Jerry loves that the cowsheep keep hoping, hope helps fill his wallet. The reality is the cowbitches are done. The players know it. The coaches know it. Originally Posted by pyramider

I am not sure why he is upset with jerry's wallet though.
Maybe because he don't have as much money as jerry does.

You fail to understand what the taint is ... I blame the Dallas schools. Jerry will not find his gloryhole in this life, maybe after he dies.

And with a 6-10 finish maybe we can say Bye-Bye to J Garrett and his antiquated playbook and piss-poor clock management, as well.

He was so afraid to actually coach for himself that he left a left tackle in way too long against Atlanta and made no effort to fix the problem. Dak could have been injured badly with that lack of coverage. However, garrett did dick to stop it.
Is the Burkhardt-Davis duo FOX's bottom-of-the-barrel broadcast team? These two are gawd awful.

That said, they are trying to put lipstick on a couple pigs though.

Overall, another lackluster game so far without the services of Zeke.....10-10 at the half. I'm certain Garrett's halftime speech will inspire Dallas to go out and lay a major egg come second half....

That's enough for the cowsheep.
Dallas wakes up in the 4th quarter and Boom goes the Dynamite. 30-10.....on to Oakland.

Detonation occurred too late maybe...

They have to win out, which is possible with the team that appeared in the 4th yesterday.

However, Green Bay, Detroit and must lost one each for Dallas to get the wildcard. Falcons must lose 2.

The Raiders next week, would want nothing more than to screw up our chances. If we lose, we are done.

Doesn’t look good for the cowboys chances now to make the playoffs because of the last wins by the few teams the last few weeks. We could go 10-6 and still miss the playoffs.

Green Bay @ Carolina (next week); then home to Minnesota the following week

Detroit, a little easier path....home to Chicago next week (however, the Bears did scorch Cincy yesterday, right?) And then they finish, at home, vs Green Bay

Atlanta finishes with 3 straight division contests: @ Tampa Bay, @ New Orleans, finishing at home with Carolina. So, yes, it's quite possible they lose the final two due to the fact the Saints and Panthers are still fighting for the division. and home field advantage during the playoffs.

The Raiders next week, would want nothing more than to screw up our chances. If we lose, we are done.....Dontcha think Oakland is kinda finished at this point?....there's no real rivalry with Dallas/Oakland nor any real (or fabricated) incentive for the Raiders to rise up and actually put together a full 60 minute game. Dallas loses only if they show up flat and unprepared..../QUOTE]

9-7...or even 10-6 is beginning to look very likely for Dallas........And a seat at home for the playoffs.

Looking back, two plays that directly affected the outcomes of a couple of games and why they're in this pickle....the Ryan Switzer muffed punt (vs the Rams) and the Terrance Williams deflected pass (resulting in a Pick Six, vs the Packers).

Sometimes a team's post-season opportunities can turn on just one or two plays. That said, just go ask Philadelphia fans how they feel about their Super Bowl chances right now...I bet they'd love a redo on just "one play" today, hmmm?

IMO the officiating has been very poor and shitty this year.

I have NFL ticket and I can watch every game every week not subject to black out.

It doesn't matter if it's AFC or NFC game, there has been many questionable penalty calls.

Some that shouldn't even have been called in the first place like many holding calls and some that should had been called, were very blatantly open, and wasn't called.

Some of these calls would had made a difference between either one of the teams winning or losing.
