I don't see what the issue is when a provider gets a bad review like it's the end of the world, best way to bounce back is great service and no drama. This thread is not helping but making new potential clients want to go somewhere else.

I understand that you want to stand up for Kitty. I stood up for her too. And I don't think its right for anyone to hurt another person. It's painful to be put down by someone, and I could not imaging being dog piled on. We all have our faults, and none of us are perfect.
