Reminder of my retirement.

You're way out in left field on that, other than she can see who she wants. I didn't force her to do anything. I stated she wouldn't see me and why, no different than if saying someone wouldn't see me cause I was black. I then said that was it for her as far as I was concerned. I followed that with a comment on her attitude, which comes through in her posts. Hell, it took 2 1/2 weeks before she replied to my post. When she did she said she didn't know I was in a chair. Asking her what she thought was depressing is a fair question. Saying ignorance was on her plate, in response to her statement, was merely stating the obvious. Originally Posted by surcher

I'm sure there's girls who will see you...I'm just not one because I don't know how to deal with it. I can choose who I see. Get over it already! It was not like I was rude. My attitude is based on how you treat me so maybe that explains why and if I had an attitude so back off and move on.
Eh but asking her about the depressing question will only lead to more depressing responses Originally Posted by PipelinerTx

Jemma, very few people are good at jobs where they are constantly dealing with the general public. II think you probably have a sense that you fall into that group. Have you ever just considered going the SD/SB route? Still good money, and you would really only have to see 1-3 guys. No reviews, no general public. Seems tailor made for girls like you.
Yep.. That's why I recommended the utr route.. She'd be more likely to meet him like that.

Jemma save your energy for those who enjoy your company.
Exactly.
I see lots of retirement topics. My question is - what is the point of said topics? While some do leave, it seems to me more often than not everyone returns. I forgot the name of the young Midtown girl who did the same thing, only to see her resurface a few months later. Perhaps if one wishes to retire, maybe just stop posting, get a new phone number, strip off pics on the showcase and no more ads, anywhere?

Not trying to be heartless, I just fail to see the point of announcing it.

It gives some really 'valuable' members a chance to throw it in someone's face how they failed.
