And I don't miss the era. I miss Billy. I like this era, because I can find out about things more easily. There are alternative media outlets that haven't sold their souls to the system.

I'll also mention that Liberals fell into the same trap, to a large extent, with Bush. Every day for 8 years you could find something new that could be used to claim George Bush was either incompetent, corrupt, stupid, or all of the above. There are thousands of happenings every day that can somehow be tied back to the President. Not all of them are going to be good. Some are going to be downright dirty, like a sausage factory. You're an idiot if you think this is somehow a new phenomenon. The only thing that's new is that it's now out there for the world to see, with the millions of websites, and angry white men like you, all spending 24/7 trying to make issues out of all this shit.

All the piddly little shit that was griped about for 8 years isn't what made George Bush the worst President in history. What made him the worst President in history was 9/11, the onset of the Iraq war, Katrina, and the financial meltdown all happening with him in office. Think about it. Four (FOUR) national disasters occurring during his 8 years. If you think the last 3-1/2 years hasn't been a major major improvement, then you're on crack.

I'm not sure even Obama could pull that off. However, if he did, you can be sure there are more than a few Obamatons on here that would say he was justified in taking away our freedom in order to preserve our democracy.

Why do you INSIST on bringing up Bush? Of course it was wrong when he did it. Originally Posted by CuteOldGuy

Quit bitchin' about the damn system, and trying to lay it all at Obama's feet.
