the cruise lines have been suffering for a long time. even before the great scamdemic they had problems such as instances of mass food poisoning and several mechanical breakdowns one of which left a ship stranded and adrift with no power. it had to be towed back to port.
now throw in the "death plaque" and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. i'm surprised more haven't declared bankruptcy, and more will.
