Did u take into account this was a phone call from another state? If it was, it would seem to me you have to take into consideration maryland law also.

Fani- didn't go over a state line to have that conversation, ergo- no state laws were broken. Further, Federal law requires ONLY 1 person to have knowledge and full consent, under Fed Law,18 U.S.C. 2511 (2)(d), requiring only that one party gives consent.
It's a nothingburger with extra nothing sauce. The bigger question is what are conservatives and the GOP so worried about when a grand jury has already determined that enough laws were alleged to be broken, that they supported the investigation and charges. If the truth will set you free- then DJT and the rest of those who are asked to testify- have nothing to fear. I suspect that all those attorneys who pled guilty have far better understanding of the hot water they would be in/ are in., and those who stand defiant, are
likely going to be in for a rude awakening.
It's a shame it wasn't started like 6 months ago though so that ALL voters would be able to make the decision for themselves on the content of the trial on TV, just like they did for OJ and others who's trial was televised. I doubt it will get that far however with the pending litigation and appeals. Certainly not till after November 24.
