The point I was trying to make. Some times I don't always convey the right words or tone which is why I don't make a living at this. Originally Posted by HedonistForeverI was referring to Eccielovers post that time.

8 Million Viewers Watch Fox News Coverage Of Trump’s Tulsa Rally
I didn't have you or anybody else in mind when I said that but I think if one reads the responses above, it is clear ( at lest to me ) that the rally and it's attendance did not/ does not matter in the least. Will one single person that was already voting for Trump change their mind because the arena wasn't full? NO, they will not. Period! Originally Posted by HedonistForeverI agree. ... Apparently, you lost the message in his story.
I also watched the rally. Trump spent more than 10 minutes explaining why he took so long walking down the ramp at West Point and using 2 hands to drink a glass of water. Once he focused ... Originally Posted by SpeedRacerXXX

I also think too much time is being spent on his statement that we should lower the level of coronavirus testing. It was a joke.
It's the same message when people make fun of the number of people who attended the rally after having spent days/weeks whining about how dangerous it is to attend the Rally and the Mayor of Tulsa zaps those waiting to get in with a curfew....and then the television audience is revealed.
You and yours spend your time criticizing Trump and trying to demoralize his support with your bullshit ...but NEVER (OR RARELY) saying anything positive about YOUR CANDIDATE! You and yours (LapDog!) are TRANSPARENT!
LapDog is the type of immature trash supporting Biden aka BITTEN! Afraid of books and statues. Originally Posted by LexusLover

That did not denote a negative for Trump, just that I don't think he garnered the enthusiasm factor to have attracted any additional votes as a result.

Are you dismissing that? Plus people who watched on line. It’s my opinion that thousands of people show up in a closed arena during a pandemic and possible violence counts for something. And Comparing Trumps event to Biden’s last week is pertinent. They’re opponents. It does show a deep contrast. I did say the Trump campaign will have to rethink the rallies. People aren’t ready to gather in masses yet. Unless you’re a protester or looter. Did the Trump campaign miscalculate this? Yes. Is it some sort of black eye? No. BTW, how do you know Trump didn’t change any minds? That’s a Speedyesque statement. You don’t know. Neither do the pollls.
As we've seen in this thread alone, the dialog of the whole event has now turned into some level of protectionism of Trump's PR screwup in touting the expected massive attendance.
The only positive being discussed is how much better Trump can do rallies than Biden.
It should have been a show of massive enthusiasm and a discussion of the Trump campaign message in order to attract the undecideds. It's proved to be neither.
Anyone planning on voting Trump will still continue to plan to vote Trump, but he didn't make a dent in recruiting any undecideds. Originally Posted by eccielover
