GA Election Case - Back Open!

... Once again, THIS concerns the GA Election case that Fani
has brought against Trump - which she may be pushed-away from.

Surely would seem that they might be building a case against HER.

... "Lawfare for He" as become "Lawfare for SHE"! ...

.... But wherever you go and whatever you do - Stay Tuned!

... Nah, ... the Fani Willis CORRUPTION situation will be over
long before the Trump case... Unless they do the right thing
and drop the silly charges against Trump.

... Though you may be correct with "Trump busting rocks" soon.
Though I'd surely call it "Busting STONES" - the "stones" of
some o' the people who wronged Him... And THIS will start
after Trump is elected President AGAIN later this year.

And THEN I see the ballots we been looking-for and some proper
Georgia investigations. ... ...

I predict that Trump will beat this case. The female DA was kicking Trumps butt in the beginning. However, it looks like she slipped up. It appears she was dating the guy she selected to lead the case. It's true the first people she asked, turned it down. She should have gone on to choice #4. Clearly it's a conflict of interest what she did.

Two different issues.

If, as Salty suggests, this will all go away if they “exonerate” Trump, then the MAGA cultists are simpler than we ever thought.

Intellectual terrorism is almost as dangerous as the defendant on trial. This continues to be a concentrated effort to divert, distract and defer.

Ain’t no ballots, Salty.

But the reality is this just makes Trumps assassination that much more likely as it's one less roadblock to his election. And they cannot let him take office.

If someone with more legal knowledge can explain otherwise I would like to hear your reasoning.

... Trial coming against the use of voting machines in the
upcoming elections... A local Georgia publication "James Magazine"
has a bit about it... As does the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

A non-jury Court hearing will be presided over by US District
Court Judge Amy Totenberg. ... And the odd thing is that the
GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger doesn't want to
speak in defence of the machines in court.

So Raffensperger surely selected the machine system - and has
repeatedly defended the system as secure - but NOW is seemingly
"running away" from appearing at the hearing.

... WHY?

The hearing is to determine IF the state's machine system
should continue - as complaints against it do question IF the
system is safe or whether it is vulnerable to potential hacking.

Also heard from me political "insiders" that GA Election Board
Chairman Matt Mashburn - who voted NOT to investigate SoS
Raffensperger's office - is being REPLACED by the GA Senate.

Good... Put a fellow in there who'll do the right thing and
SEEK THE TRUTH! ...

You've got to be kidding me.

Raffensperger has nothing to do with the production of the voting machines or the company that makes them. Why would you think he would be an appropriate person to speak about them in court ?

The places that Salty will go to keep this thread going......

Company representatives would be the appropriate ones to speak in defense of their product in court.
Not a customer.
But I hear Shaquille O'Neal is available.
