have you checked to see if the endangered salamanders have managed to crawl back up stream to Barton Creek yet, which were washed downstream because you all didn't want to put in any flood control so as to protect the "endangered salamanders"?
Putting in place an ordinance to prohibit driving and talking on the phone is probably a good idea, since that requires multi-tasking skills ... like chewing gum and walking at the same time ... which could be a challenge there ... particularly for the District Attorney!
