I have taken a lot of advice on this thread i appreciate the comments, he is still being mildly annoying but it for the most part has died down. I am using a temporary number for now so if any of you have been trying to contact me within the past few days I listed the temp number on my showcase

Make sure you cut all contact with him. Do not poke the bear.

Do not respond to anything or give him any attention, it will only feed him.

Eventually when he realizes his tactics aren't working on you, he will find a new victim to prey on. Remember a stalker needs a victim, don't be that victim. I have dealt with this before and there is a reason I had to start all over again, brand new in a different city. Sometimes you just have to disappear.
