You misunderstand. Yes, I am here to make money, but think about it; a board that is highly regarded and keeps attracting respectable providers and well-heeled gentlemen will give me a larger range of clientele from which I CAN make money.

I have heard so much about how ECCIE is "spiraling downward" that it concerns me. It's all about PR, and people who come here for entertainment through drama (or entertainment by STARTING drama) are not paying my bills.

By the way, "whore" is not very descriptive of what some of us do. The word doesn't denote college educations, highly developed business and communication skills, familiarity with human psychology, the ability to become a "chameleon" for periods of time and blend into different situations. Sexual services are only part of the whole pie for some ladies. If I advertised myself as a "whore," I would be starving. By being more than that, marketing myself as a "companion" with a diverse menu (those Fancy Field Trips I offer do VERY well during the Renaissance Festival, and my "Chick & a Flick" dates must be a good idea as some providers are advertising the same and copying my ad nearly word for word ), I am successful. Packaging is important, and the same applies to ECCIE. Better packaging, with less "rips," might boost the board's esteem in the Hobby community. As Ms. Howard said to a gent, "...this is you(r) hobby not your livelihood. I'd like to see if you feel the same way if someone went to your place of work and trash talked you, bullied you, goaded you and went out of their way to affect your income." The trashy, disrespectful sniping back-and-forth effects the image that ECCIE projects, and the livelihoods of all providers.
