Q for the Mods: Sharing my own reviews?

I do think it's unfortunate that the mods decided to penalize TheCFE for admitting to receiving an e-mail from me, but I don't control their actions.

It's sweet that these guys think I'm so influential.

The person who told me I never gave up their name, but made the mistake of saying I was being told about the info in the powder room.

Result of that was this:

1) give up my source, they get the brunt of the punishment or 2) stay silent and I get 2 weeks...

I chose 2 weeks and since then I keep any info I hear to myself.. "If" I hear any..

The mods know that there are WK's on here and yes people will talk.. they just want to make sure you keep it to yourself.

And for the record, the person that was trash talking me seems to have dropped off the board, no showcase, no posts... and oddly enough the area of town she was stated to have moved to seems to be bandied about in another thread about the D.A. getting involved.

Certainly I was a contributing factor to her ban. I sent her the e-mail, she admitted to receiving it, and the mods chose to penalized her for it.

I don't agree with the decision to penalize her, but I feel no regret for sharing my impressions of our session with her.

And the rest of us are absolutely sure that you're willing to share your impressions of other restricted info with providers as well...

Thanks for that.

He won't admit to that BM...because he doesn't think there is such a thing as "restricted info" here on the board. He thinks it's silly that providers can't see everything...

Do any of us have any doubt that Blowpop would send a LR comment one of us made about one of his BJ list providers to her "in an email", in the interest of "helping providers improve themselves?"

Please...

I guess when you have little integrity, it's easy to assume that others do, too.

(And since you claim some sort of consensus, I've got to ask: Who's "the rest of us" - you and your sycophants?)

Just making a logical conclusion here...you're the one who's saying that it's silly that providers can't see their reviews. So what's to stop you from "sending an email" with ROS in it to some other provider, just because "it's silly that she can't read it"...

You made your bed...now lie in the wet spot and see how it feels...

It was the fact she publicly admitted that she had received a notice about what was in the ROS.

Even if it was not word for word.

I am sure a lot of guys here share what they put in the ROS, either a copy paste or a general idea.... heck to me its a nice way to compliment the lady since she see's that you wrote a nice few paragraphs about your experience... but she has to keep that between you and her.

I never have, and I never will...this board doesn't exist for their benefit...it exists for ours...getting my money is enough...
That's like saying the stock exchange only exists for people who want to buy stock.

Or an auction only exists for the people looking to purchase.

Eccie is a way for people to meet each other in at least a semi trusted medium so they can get together at a time and place of their choosing.

The integrity of the review system, such as it is, helps to attract buyers. The existence of buyers helps to attract providers. The existence of providers helps to attract more buyers. So on and so forth. With the opposite being true as well. Someday a competitive site might open up in the Houston market with competitive advantages that completely shrinks the participation on Eccie. But they'll have to have some way of catering to both sides of the equation, or I don't see how it's going to work out.

The reason Eccie is valuable to me is because it's a terrific community and resource for getting informed when you don't have any idea what the fuck you're doing. I'm not saying I know now, but it's amazing what you can learn if you'll do some research on this site.

Aside from that, it's highly entertaining. There are a lot of colorful personalities on here. Watching all the drama and interaction is awesome. That requires participation from both sides.

Having said all that, I understand the importance of keeping men's areas exclusive to men, and provider areas exclusive to providers. Anyone who thinks info doesn't get leaked is being naive, but enforcing the illusion still has importance.
