Collin Powell was extremely ambivalent about the WMD intelligence and the invasion but he just didn't have the will or the guts to stand up to Bush and tell him it's a bad idea. Rumsfeld and Cheney had wanted to invade Iraq ever since the first gulf war, this just game them an excuse to do it. There were other ways Hussein could have been dealt with. God help us if another Bush becomes president.
