Windows XP SP3 SVCHOST Throttling CPU

Explorers time has come and gone. Previous posters are correct, if you dont constantly update, then it isnt going to work, or work right. IE is laden with tracking crap, and it also has major flaws in its security. Take a look at the list of updates for IE and you will see tons of IE Security Updates alone just for IE. This browser file and the updates consume a ton of your disc space and internal resources (CPU usage).

I would recommend that you use Comodo Dragon. http://www.comodo.com/home/browsers-.../browser.php./ It is far less of a resouce hog, you dont have to contend with constant updates to keep it functioning, it is far less size that IE and all of its updates, and it is loaded with advanced security features. Additionally, is has built in privacy features, and even blocks Ad Networks, Trackers, 3rd party widgets, Statistics, and 3rd party cookies.

It is by far the safest, smallest file size, and one of the fastest Internet Browsers to date. It is a super security enhanced version of Chome, but without the garbage.

It comes in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions.
